This is such a nurturing place to heal and rest. I have seen both Robbie and Helen for my health and they are kind, knowledgeable and most importantly very nurturing in their care. I am scared of needles myself but they made me comfortable and also provided alternate modalities like cupping and massage that were further restful. I also bring my children to this clinic with issues ranging from eye troubles to sleeplessness. If you are looking for a space to help support you in your health, recovery and healing, I cannot recommend Living Practices highly enough. Their fees are also very affordable, much less than most other places as they wish to create a community clinic that everyone can afford. I am very grateful that I found them.

I first went to Living Practices one year ago (Jan 2023) initially for a sinus crisis and have been returning regularly ever since. Roberto is very kind and gentle and has a calming presence. Sessions are never rushed and he always takes his time to listen and understand what is going on before administering any treatment. He has a 360º approach, not solely focusing and treating the initial symptom(s) but all possible factors and areas that may have contributed to it and advises on any possible improvements that could be made by myself between sessions. The level of care and quality of work is of the highest standard and I look forward to my sessions knowing that I am in safe hands. As a bonus I always leave extra relaxed! I highly recommend Roberto.
