Our Treatment Team

At Living Practices, you are treated by practitioners who share the same integrated approach to Chinese medicine, combining acupuncture with a range of complementary techniques where appropriate.

Both practitioners bring their own experience and perspective, but work within a shared clinical philosophy focused on pain, stress regulation, and women’s health.

Roberto

BSc (Hons). Lic Ac. Dip Tn.

Member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians

Roberto is a qualified practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine, trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine (CICM), graduated from Kingston University, with a focus on classical acupuncture theory and modern clinical application.

His training includes detailed study of diagnostic frameworks, point selection strategies, and the integration of multiple Chinese medicine techniques within a single treatment approach.

He has developed particular clinical experience in treating pain conditions, women’s health concerns, and complex presentations where symptoms are long-standing or multifactorial.

In practice, Roberto combines acupuncture with supportive techniques such as cupping, gua sha, Tui Na and electroacupuncture when appropriate, tailoring each treatment to the individual rather than applying a fixed protocol.

He continues to build on his clinical training through ongoing education in Chinese medicine and related therapeutic approaches.

Qi Gong

Both practitioners are qualified Qigong teachers and incorporate this understanding of movement, breath, and regulation into their clinical perspective and patient support. While currently focused on one-to-one clinical care, this training may inform future group classes, and one-to-one classes, supporting stress regulation, mobility and nervous system health.
