Treatment at Living Practices is designed to give your body the time and consistency it needs to respond and recover.
Many people choose to begin with a short course of sessions, allowing treatment to build progressively and more effectively.
Treatment Plans
3 sessions - £195
5 sessions - £320
Beginning with a treatment plan can provide a more consistent and supported approach, particularly for ongoing or more complex concerns. If booking a treatment plan as a new patient, a consultation will automatically be included.
The pace and frequency of sessions are discussed during your first visit and adjusted as needed.
Appointments
£70
Each session includes time for both consultation and treatment, with space to review how things are progressing and adapt accordingly.
Your initial consultation includes a thorough assessment, so the hands-on treatment may be slightly shorter during this first visit.
Community Clinic
£40 - 45 minutes
A small number of reduced-rate appointments are available within our community clinic.
These are shorter one-to-one appointments offering a more accessible option for those who require a concession rate.

Appointments & Cancellations
The clinic is based in Notting Hill, offering a calm and private space for treatment.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Missed appointments are charged in full.
Insurance
We are registered with recognised professional acupuncture bodies, and many private health insurance plans cover treatment. Roberto is a member of AAC (Association of Acupuncture Clinicians) and Helen is a member of BAcC (British Acupuncture Council).
You pay for your session and we provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
Please check directly with your provider to confirm your level of cover.
Practitioners
Appointments are allocated between our two practitioners depending on availability.
If you have a specific preference (for example, a female practitioner), please mention this in your booking notes, we will do our best to accommodate and contact you via email after booking, to confirm availability.
