Treatment Packages

After initial consultation and treatment many people choose to begin with a short course of sessions, allowing treatment to build progressively and more effectively.
Community Clinic
£45 - 45 min
A small number of reduced-rate appointments are available within our community clinic. These are shorter one-to-one appointments offering a more accessible option for those who require a concession rate.
Before Your Appointment
Appointments & Cancellations
Our clinic is based in Notting Hill, offering a calm, private space for your treatment.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments are charged in full.
Private Health Insurance
Helen is a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), and Roberto is a member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC). Depending on your policy and practitioner, your private health insurance may cover acupuncture treatment.
You pay for your appointment and we provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurer. Please check with your provider before booking to confirm your eligibility and level of cover.
Choosing Your Practitioner
Appointments are allocated between Helen and Roberto according to availability.
If you have a preference, such as seeing a female practitioner, please let us know in your booking notes. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and confirm availability by email after booking.
Treatment Packages
Packages are non-refundable.
Sessions must be used within the stated validity period.
